My comment:  There was a 3.5 close to here prior to the 5.1.  Evidently the quake caused a rock slide that caused a car to rollover.  They said no immediate reports of structure damage.

A magnitude-5.1 earthquake shook the Los Angeles area and surrounding counties Friday night, authorities said.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake struck at about 9:11 p.m. and was centered near Brea in Orange County — about 20 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles. It was felt as far south as San Diego and as far north as Ventura County, according to citizen responses collected online by the USGS.

The state doesn’t know her, the state doesn’t love her, the state has no tie to the girl other than the fact that they have essentially stolen her from her parents.

What was her parents’ crime? Trying to find the best available medical attention for their daughter.

I don’t think this will happen, poor misguided souls. Russia may seem appealing, considering present circumstances, but they are doomed and Putin is a wolf in sheep’s clothing….even if that clothing is made more of polyester than wool lol.

My Comment:  Multiple news agencies are reporting this.  This is just developing, so not many details on why, but bears watching.  It’s very surreal that all of a sudden Russia appeals to Americans as more ideal living conditions than the US.  Putin did come out recently and say that he would fight for Persecution of Christians Worldwide. (More) He has fought changing the Biblical definition of marriage, and spoken out loudly against homosexual marriage.  As I said before, all is not what it seems.  But bears watching.

Moscow’s annexation of Crimea was condemned worldwide, but some people in Alaska apparently are yearning for the days when they, too, were part of Mother Russia.

A petition on the White House website created by “S.V.” of Anchorage is calling on Alaskans and others to “vote” for Alaska to secede from the U.S. and become a part of Russia.

This is definitely worth looking into, as sickening as it may be. My guess is this will be swept under the rug and ignored.
