Besides the full “blood moon” Wednesday, there will also be meteor showers.

It said the Draconid meteor shower is created each year when the Earth passes through a trail of dust left over by the comet 21P/Giacobini-Zinner, an icy solar system wanderer that orbits the sun once every 6.6 years. (source)

Draco is a constellation in the northern sky.  The name is Latin for Dragon.  In some mythology, Draco was believed to be multi-headed, and guarded the “golden apple tree”.

Draco was the first legislator in Ancient Greece, which is where the oft-used word “draconian” comes from, in reference to harsh laws or policies.
