That ugly 3 letter word we are all guilty of:

SIN.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:8

Get that? Not only are we LIARS when we say we have no sin, but we are also accusing God of lying as well, because He says:

 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God Romans 3:23

and

As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; Romans 3:10

and

If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us. 1 John 1:10

We like to categorize sin by degrees. We think because we haven’t done the “biggies”, like murder, stealing or adultery then we are okay. No big deal.
