Not surprising. Wonder how many more of these “extraordinary events” will be designated between now and the election. They want people to be sitting ducks in what amounts to a giant bowl (stadium) full of people. No chance the “terrorists” will see what an attractive target that makes. This is the same thing they did in Louisiana during Katrina.
