Merry Christmas

We can debate the origins of this holiday. We can argue Jesus was not born on December 25th, nor are we commanded to commemorate His birth in Scripture.

Or, we can just choose to honor Him today, as we should every day, and spend the day being extra mindful of loving our families and remembering the miraculous events surrounding His birth.

The Word became flesh.

Heralded to poor shepherds by an angelic host. How amazing that sight must’ve been!

Light broke through the darkness for the salvation of even me.

My dear friend posted the following on Facebook. It moves me so much I had to share it here.

Merry Christmas. Be a blessing in His name. ❤
